At this holiday apartment on Rügen you can enjoy wonderful peace and quiet on one of the three balconies and relax with a unique view of the Neuensiener Lake, as well as the Granitz hunting castle.



The apartment can accommodate up to six people (four adults and two children), is light and measures 66m². The furnishing is comfortable, with seating that can also be used as a bed, a dining space, a flatscreen TV, a BluRay player and stereo system. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceran hob and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed. The interior is modern and features light and friendly colours. Wireless Internet access is available.



The apartment with three balconies is in a holiday park with a private car parking space, a children’s playground, bicycle hire, a bakery, a restaurant, a fish smoking facility with a speciality shop, a grill area, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.



The fine sandy beaches of the seaside towns of Sellin, Binz, Göhren and Baabe are all nearby (ca. 2km-8km), with their lively promenades and white villas with typical seaside architecture. A shuttle bus (free with the resort card) runs from April to October as far as the Seebrücke in Sellin. It is just a short walk to the harbour in Seedorf, which is a gathering place for sailing enthusiasts and has a direct connection to the Baltic Sea. Owing to the picturesque landscape features of the Mönchsgut peninsula, it is ideal for relaxing and recovering from everyday life.

    “Alles war Top. Positiv: Die Lage war sehr gut und man war schnell in Sellin und Binz . Alles war sauber
    Wir haben die Zeit und Ruhe genossen. Toll für Radfahrer.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön - empfehlenswert- und liegt an einem ruhigen Ort. Mit dem Fahrrad gibt es gute Möglichkeiten die Gegend zu erkunden. Positiv: Das Wohn-Esszimmer war groß und geräumig.
    Der Blick vom Balkon auf den See.
    Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in einem geschlossenen Raum verstauen. Negativ: In der Beschreibung stand, dass es vier Betten und zwei Betten für Kinder gibt.
    Die zwei Betten sind aber nur für Kleinkinder geeignet.”

    “Empfehlenswert wenn man ruhe haben möchte.
    Natur pur. Wenn man wo hin möchte muss man ins Auto steigen. Positiv: Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren mit Hund dort und in der Umgebung war sehr viel grün für unseren Vierbeiner und Mülleimer mit Hundekotbeutel. Appartement war nett eingerichtet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Negativ: Wir haben nicht geschafft die Fenster auf kipp zu machen sondern nur ganz auf.
    Was ich auch finde was standartmäßig in der Ferienwohnung gehört sind ein Lappen und ein Geschirrtuch. Das fehlte leider. Spinnenweben und Schmutz unter der Couch waren auch da. Restaurant: Drei Linden - Sehr lecker. Netter Service. Ausflüge: Hundestrand Binz - Sehr schöner Strand. Absolut zu empfehlen.”

    “Sehr schön und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick. Positiv: Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Neuensiener See. Von dort aus konnte man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Negativ: Fenster konnte man nicht anklappen.”
