Surrounded by beautiful nature, Mediterranean macchia and pine trees, on a quiet, dead end road, you find this lovely holiday home. The furnishing is simple yet cozy with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a large living room with air condition. Enjoy your breakfast or a refreshing cocktail on one of the two covered terraces. The private outdoor swimming pool will without doubt be your preferred place when you are outside, either in the cooling water or in a sun lounger at the edge of the pool. In front of the house there is a foot path to the sea. The local shops and restaurants are also in walking distance. Close to the house you find the nature reserve Kap Kamenjak with its many bays and beautiful beaches, where you can enjoy the clear, turquois water of the Adriatic Sea. The favourable winds here on the southernmost part of the peninsula makes it an deal for watersport activities, especially windsurfing. The city of Pula offers a wide variety of sights, which are a must see while on holiday in thi part of Croatia. Visit among others the amphitheatre in Pula and enjoy the beautiful Roman architecture which is characteristic for the city.

    “Das Doppelhaus ist eigentlich sehr schön gelegen in einer Sackgasse und freien Blick nach Hinten.Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, aber bedarf zum Teil einen Austausch. Duschbad, Armaturen abgenutzt. 3 Sonnenliegen waren kaputt, die Sonnenschirme viel zu klein, Tische zum essen draußen ebenfalls. Eine qualitative Verbesserung der Gartenmöbel wäre sinnvoll. Man sollte und bedingt versuchen Insektenfenster nachzurüsten (Mückenplage) in den Schlafzimmern. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage, schöner Pool. Nette Vermieter der regelmäßige Poolpflege durchführt.
    Großer Nachteil: sehr, sehr hellhörig, da große Schlafzimmerwände direkt an Bad der anderen Haushälfte grenzt. Ebenfalls kommt es auf die Nachbarn an...wir hatten Pech..sehr laut, sehr störend, Nachtruhe war nur möglich, wenn Nachbarn zu Bett gingen. Da wir mit 2 jährigem Kind gereist sind....war die Hellhörigkeit die größte Beeinträchtigung.
    Dennoch wird sich seitens des Vermieters sehr große Mühe gegeben das man sich wohl fühlt. WLAN gibt es im Haus. Gefehlt hat nichts an Ausstattung. Preis/Leistung fanden wir in Ordnung.”

    “Sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte, sehr gepflegt und regelmäßige Poolreinigung. Leider war einer der beiden Kühlschränke defekt. Tische im Außenbereich zum Essen für 8 Personen zu klein. Sanitäranlagen sollten demnächst gewartet werden. Wände sehr hellhörig. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert! Vermieter sehr nett.”

    “Das Haus selber ist ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der hauseigene Pool wurde jeden 2. Tag vom Vermieter gereinigt. Der Vermieter war aber nie zu sehen und störte somit nie. Wir waren mit allem SEHR zufrieden. Es gab 2 Parkplätze direkt am Haus.
    Was dem Angebot allerdings nicht zu entnehmen war und auch auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist: es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte. Wir hatten Glück, eine nette Reisegruppe anzutreffen und hatten somit keine Probleme. Jedoch sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass nicht jeder Nachbar die Musik und Gespräche der anderen hören will...”
