This beautiful property is located in the small village of Orihi, on the southern part of the Istrian Peninsula. It is situated near Barban on the east and Svetvincenat on the west. Although Orihi is only about 30 km from the largest Istrian town Pula, the village is typical of Istria, resembling the Istria of ancient times. Most of the houses in this picturesque village are over 200 years old, giving an idea of the lifestyle of the region in those days. The large property consists of three renovated stone houses with pool. The large high wall provides privacy to guests and ensures a peaceful holiday. The interiors are made of stone and wood, creating a pleasant ambience. House No.1 can accommodate eight people. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. The first and second floors have four bedrooms with a bathroom. A large covered terrace is in front of the house. House No. 2 has a kitchen, dining room and a bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor. Two more bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a bathroom. House No. 3 is spread across the ground and first floors. Each floor has a bedroom with a bathroom. The beautiful swimming pool on the property is perfect for relaxing during hot days. A sports complex having basketball, handball, volleyball and badminton is located 150 metres away and can be used free of charge. Balls for each sport and four rackets for badminton can be provided by the owner.

Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, 2 große Kühlschränke, Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Backofen, Fernseher und Playstation. Het andere huis met keuken is niet efficient in gericht, de tefels en eetbanken nemen te veel plaats in. De keukens zijn beiden aan de kleine kant waardoor het koken van de maaltijden voor de grote groep dient gesplitst te worden over de 2 keukens.
    Het nadeel van het huis is ontbreken van airco in de slaapkamers. Gezien de warmte is het moeilijk slapen in de slaapkamers en bijna onmogelijk in de slaapkamers onder het dak. De aanwezige aircos ( 1 in elk huis) op het gelijkvloers zijn onvoldoende om koelte te brengen in de slaapkamers.
    Buitenshuis : de aanwezigheid van een overdekt terras is een groot voordeel alsmede het voldoend aanwezige tuinmeubilair en parasols. Het zwembad is klein maar zeer goed verzorgd en onderhouden en overal van een gelijke diepte nl 1m40
    Ligging : het huis is gelegen midden in een klein dorpje met 1 kleine buurtwinkel Wat wij minder leuk vonden is de ommuring waardoor men minder het gevoel van afkoeling en ruimte krijgt. Anderzijds is deze ommuring nodig daar het domein volledig omsloten is door andere huizen
    Netheid : zeer proper en het huis en terras wordt na 1 week volledig gekuist
    Uitrusting : alle beschreven apparatuur is aanwezig en werkt. De was- en afwasmachines zijn van een goede kwaliteit. Ook de keukenuitrusting (zoals bestek en potten en pannen) zijn goed en voldoende.
