Your holiday starts as soon as you arrive: just an hour's drive, exclusively on tarmac roads, takes you from the airport to the villa, where you can quickly settle down and relax. After your arrival, you will want to enjoy a cool drink on the terrace, which is an ideal place to sit and relax, even in hot summer weather, thanks to its canopy. In fine weather, the modern table could become the setting for all your meals in the days to come. Although a delicious breakfast in this setting is certainly a special treat, the nearby built-in barbecue will probably also encourage you to enjoy culinary delights together in the evening. Who will be the first to jump into the cool waters of the pool? With a length of 8 metres, the pool, decorated with blue mosaic tiles and small semi-circular steps, is an excellent starting point for hot sunny days. The loungers in the garden can be positioned as desired for sunbathing. If you want to see the world from above, head to the roof terrace, which is located on the first floor of the house and also offers a view of the garden.

The ground-level terrace leads directly into the bright living and dining room, which is practically split in two so that you can relax inside without getting in each other's way - both areas have excellent views of the garden. The sofa is the perfect place to cosily watch a bit of TV, several tables invite you to read or write - how about a postcard to family and friends back home? The glass-topped dining table easily accommodates everyone in your group to dine inside, which could be especially tempting on a relaxed day as the walk to the kitchen is so short. In dark brown and silver style, the comprehensively equipped kitchen provides a great base for self-catering and the large fridge/freezer will keep the festive bar at the right temperature. A cosy bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom are also located on the ground floor. The stairs take you upstairs to the other two bedrooms, both with double beds measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres, one of which has its own bathroom. A total of three showers and a bathtub characterise the villa's three modern bathrooms.
The special charm of the houses in the south-east of the island lies, among other things, in their proximity to the so-called Calas de Mallorca. These many small sandy bays, some of which are still undeveloped, are ideal for families with small children thanks to their often fine sand and shallow entry into the water. The small road near the house takes you quickly to numerous beautiful excursion and bathing destinations, such as the well-protected Cala Murada bay, where the blue flag for clean water flies in the wind and where sun loungers, toilet facilities etc. are available A beach bar caters for a wide range of needs. You should definitely plan a visit to the beautiful beaches of Son S'Arenal in Porto Colom (approx. 10 km) and Cala Sa Nau in S'Horta (approx. 14 km)! The region around Cales de Mallorca with its wealth of caves brings history to life and an excursion to the nearby San Salvador monastery promises fantastic views.
