This  luxury apartment is located in Davos in the Graubünden region, near the Davos Congress Center and the Vaillant Arena. In the winter, just a few meters from the house you will find the cross-country ski center with cross-country ski trails in all directions. In summer there ist the extensive, beautifully landscaped 18-hole golf resort or a starting point for various hiking and biking tours. The center of Davos Platz with its shopping opportunities and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. The "Hertistrasse " bus stop is just a few steps away from the house. The regular local buses take you to Davos Dorf and Platz train station as well as to the valley stations of the Jakobshorn and Prsenn mountain railways in just a few minutes. the Davos ice stadium and the sports- and congress center are also easily acessible on foot or by bus.
The elevator takes you directly to the spacious attic luxury apartment, as wes as via the stairwell. A cloakroom is built into the spacious entrance and offers plenty of space for clothes and shoes. The corridor is equipped with a long wll unit, providing additional practical storage space. The above-average living space can be ideally divided into different areas and cozy niches. The fireplace gives the spacious room a particularly pleasant and homely atmosphere, even on cold winter days. The high-quality flooring underlines the pleasant living ambience. From the living room you can acces the large covered balcony. Thanks to the south-west orientation, many hours of sunshine are guaranteed. The open kitchen is equipped with the most modern appliances. You will particularly enjoy preparing your favorite dishes with the induction cooker and combi-steamer from V-Zug. The refrigerator is from the Bauknecht brand. Further highlights of this cooking oasis are the wine cabinet and the robust wooden fronts and black granite worktops harmonize very well with the wooden floor. A comfortable seating area and a large dining table invite you to dine. From the kitchen you can reach another, half-covered balcony facing south-west. Here too, you can enjoy the view towards Jakobshorn and the surrounding mountains of Davos to the fullest.
