The mayen, which was completely renovated in 2023, stands at an altitude of 2100m, facing the highest peaks in the Valais Alps (Dent-Blanche, Dent d'Hérens) and the glaciers of the Haut val d'Hérens.  At this altitude, it is the highest mayen in the valley.  The windows and terrace offer breathtaking views. Completely renovated, the chalet has retained its original charm.  There is a large bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a double bed in the living room and a mezzanine for several people.  A stay at 2100 metres will give you an exceptional alpine experience, far from the hassles of civilisation.  There's nothing like a bath in Alpine energy to recharge your batteries. There's no artificial folklore in this authentic valley, just nature at its best. Summer in Val d'Hérens takes you on a thousand and one trails, on foot or by mountain bike. The chalet is at the start of numerous walks and itineraries.
