Very tastefully furnished and newly renovated (2022) flat with terrace. The 2 room flat on the ground floor has a cosy living room with dining area, well-equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher), shower/WC and double bedroom. Balcony, parking space. The apartment complex La Mora in La Punt Chamues-ch is situated in a quiet and very sunny location with an unobstructed view.


La Punt Chamues-ch a village with 700 inhabitants at the southern foot of the Albula Pass at 1700 m above sea level, away from the hustle and bustle, yet in the heart of the Upper Engadine. Ideal starting point for sporting and cultural activities and events in the region. A lively, well-preserved village. The Engadin peasant and patrician houses dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries give the village a special charm.

Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.  
In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.  
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.

Location description: La Punt Chamues, the village with a special charm, situated at 1700m above sea level and at the foot of the Albula Mountain Pass the village impresses with its ancient houses some which date back to the 16th century, famously the Chesa Merleda. The typical farm and manor houses dating back to the 16th and 17th century give the double village La Punt and Chamues-ch its special charm. The village churches are worth visiting, the church St. Andrea in Chamues-ch and the baroque church in La Punt built in 1680. La Punt Chamues-ch is a good starting point for Mountain and gentler hiking tours. Families, singles and couples are equally very welcome guests. The 18 hole golf course Samedan and the 18 hole golf course in Zuoz are both within 5 minutes distance. In Winter there is a beginner and childrens ski-lift “Müsella”, and endless possibilities for cross country skiing, the sledge run on the Albula pass is not to be missed and can be enjoyed by the young and young at heart.

    “Mit wenige Abstrichen im Komfort, waren es sehr schöne Ferien und wir haben uns gut erholt und das ist das Wichtigste. Positiv: Die Umgebung und Ruhe Negativ: Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, zu kleine und harte Betten, Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Internet mit starken Schwankungen. Aber wir hatten unser eigenes dabei, darum war es kein Problem. Restaurant: Pizzeria Albalu - Die Besten Pizzas bis jetzt und wir testen viele Pizzerias/Restaurants.
    Super knuspriger Boden. Bei Take away, gibt es jedoch grosse Einbussen in Sachen Geschmack und Knusprigkeit. Ausflüge: Corviglia - Wanderung hinunter Richtung St. Moritz, nicht so schwer, ist auch Kinderwagentauglich und die Aussicht und Klima sind top.”
