The house is situated in a quiet place and is ideal for a family holiday in Porec thanks to its facilities.All apartments were partially renovated in 2015. The house has a total of 4 holiday apartments with a common plot of 1000 m2, where guests can enjoy an open 50m2 pool with deckchairs and sunshades, a barbecue with covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor meals as well as a well-kept garden for common use.
The apartment Livija A2/2 for 2 persons is located on the ground floor of the house on a living area of about 33m2 and has a living-dining room with satellite TV, kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and exit to the covered terrace with suite, and bathroom with shower/WC. Parking is in front of the house.
