The apartment building with one-room and two-room apartments enjoys a quiet, attractive location on the edge of the Kurpark (large park including a playground) in the seaside town Breege-Juliusruh, only about a ten-minute walk from the long white sandy beach at the Baltic Sea (Schaabe) and a 10-minute walk from the Breeger Bodden.
The building is surrounded by a large garden. All the holiday apartments have a kitchen unit with the usual appliances, a car parking space on the fenced site, a grill area, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. This apartment is on the upper floor. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and two armchairs, satellite TV, a modern kitchen unit with a two-ring ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, microwave and other appliances. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160cm wide. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. A cot and a highchair are available.
The big garden has several seating groups and a grill.
Pets are only allowed on request.
