The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a villa and has a private section of garden. The villa is only about 400 metres from the beach and about 800 metres from the town centre, so everything is within convenient walking distance. The apartment of around 40m² was renovated in 2015 and can accommodate four people. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed 160 cm wide, a dining table and a cooking corner, a bedroom with a double bed 140cm wide and a large wall cupboard, and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The cooking corner is full-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. You can make yourselves comfortable in the living room in front of the 107cm flatscreen TV. Wireless Internet access is available free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The apartment will be cleaned and santised before each arrival. All the rooms have heating.

The living room has a double door out into the garden with garden furniture, a gas grill and deckchairs for your own exclusive use. There are two car parking spaces on site.

The apartment is ideally situated for spending a relaxing seaside holiday on the Cote d’Azur. The du Pébrier beach is only about 400 metres away and the town centre is also within easy reach, with restaurants, cafés, bars and all everyday shops. After a long day on the beach or a siesta in the afternoon you can enjoy withdrawing to the garden or grilling in the evening.

    “Die Ausstattung ist prima, der Garten konnte alleine benutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr groß. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”

    “Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung für 2-4 Personen (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage vorhanden!). Die Wohnung liegt an einem kleinen Berghang und ist ca. 400 m von einem kleinen Steinstrand entfernt. Sehr angenehm: Es gibt an diesem Strand eine kostenfreie Süßwasserdusche.
    Auch während der Hauptsaison war dieser Strand nicht "überbevölkert" (wenig Touristen).
    Quallen waren nur an einem Tag zu beklagen.

    Toll: Es wird ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus im gesicherten Brereich (hinter dem Automatiktor) angeboten. Zur Wohnung gehört ein komplett abgetrennter Gartenbereich. Hier konnten wir während des gesamten Urlaubs ungestört frühstücken und abendessen.

    Die Vermieter waren angenehm zurückhaltend und bei Bedarf sehr hilfsbereit.

    Die Wohnung fanden wir bei Ankunft in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand vor.

    Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf findet man fussläüfig in ca.400 m.

    Den Mietpreis halten wir für gerechtfertigt.”

    “Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain eines Privathauses mit einem großen Garten, der vollständig umzäunt ist. Eine ideale Lage für Urlauber mit Hund. Nur einen Hundespaziergang entfernt liegt der Strand, der eigentlich für Hunde verboten, aber außerhalb der Saison ein beliebter Treffpunkt der Vierbeiner ist. Die Einrichtung ist modern und zweckmäßig, man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in der Nähe. Frejus selbst ist ein (in der Vorsaison) gemütlicher Ort mit einer schönen Strandpromenade. Ich würde jederzeit gern wieder dort Urlaub machen.”
